Free Map Update Ready to Download!
The much anticipated Free Map Update is now available. Mio customers who registered for the promotion were sent an email today with a link to download the update and a product key to install the new files on their Moov devices.
If you indicated you wanted the DVD, your email has a link that lets you place your order.

Resetting Your Moov Device to Factory Defaults

How do I reset my Mio to the factory defaults?
Click “MENU” (to main menu 1/2)
Click “>” to Main Menu 2/2
Click “Preferences” to Preferences 1/3, then Click “>” to Preferences 3/3
Click “Saved Info”, here you can Delete (Recent, Favorite, Avoid) and Restore Factory Defaults
How do I RESET “My Home” location?
If you have already Setup “HOME”, to modify it, enter the new ADDRESS first
Click “Save” after the address is verified
Click “Save as My Home”, Answer “OK” in the Caution box

Mio Map Update is Coming!!!
The maps in the Moov products were current for 2008 and we offered the 2009 update to keep them current for this year. The map update was scheduled for spring of 2009 and is in development now. An email will be sent to those registered for the promotion within the next couple weeks to provide more specific timing and the details on how to receive the update this coming spring.
